How has EXCEL helped develop your career?
BAL CONSTRUCTIONS has provided me with the tools, knowledge, and continued support to grow within the company further.
What drew you to BAL CONSTRUCTIONS initially? And how has the company changed?
I started back in 1988 working in the transportation field and continued for 22 years. I was looking for a change, and a friend suggested becoming a recruiter, so I joined the BAL CONSTRUCTIONS team back in 2010. Regrettably, I left in 2018 for about a year but came back in 2020. BAL CONSTRUCTIONS is a wonderful company to work for, and I sincerely hope to finish my career here.

The continued support by management and our client, Shintech. My co-workers are an amazing group, and I continually meet new employees and hold them all in high regard.
