Associated with the Lockheed Martin Atlas V EELV NASA Launch Complex renovation projects at Complex 3-E Vandenburg Air Force Station (California) and Complex 41 Cape Canaveral Air Force Station (Florida) BAL CONSTRUCTIONS performed instrument/control engineering & design, control system implementation, and commissioning activities on both the permanent and portable clean rooms throughout the launch and assembly facilities.  The clean room area utilized to access the payload fairing if needed while the payload is located at the launch facility.

In additional to self-preforming the engineering & design and implementation of the automation control system BAL CONSTRUCTIONS also provided project oversight, instrumentation and electrical procurement, scheduling and cost control directly for owner.
